2007 NewsPoints UpdatePosted: 09-05-2007 Even after two challenging weeks of racing, Jeff finds himself tied for 8th place in the points race at Lakeside Speedway. Obstacles sent Jeff to the rear of the field - flat right front one week & "rough driving" next week - but his competitive spirit has shown through as he raced back to strong 8th and 7th place finishes. This Friday is the final points race at Lakeside for the season. At Thunderhill Speedway, Jeff continues to extend his #1 points lead. He has had two wins this season, but consistency keeps him on top - finishing each race in the top 7 spots since July. Jeff picks up win #2 at the Hill! Posted: 07-30-2007 Jeff sailed to his 2nd victory of the season at Thunderhill Saturday night dominating the entire race. This win was in the "black/orange" 12p car. This win expanded his #1 Points lead. Friday night at Lakeside Jeff was headed towards another top 6 placing or better until the car had toggle switch problems the 2nd half of the race and he struggled to keep the car running. He finished 14th for the night. He continues to hold the #10 Points position at Lakeside. Points Update Posted: 07-12-2007 Jeff continues as the Points Leader at Thunderhill Speedway after 4 strong weeks of racing which included a win and two 2nd place finishes. After a great 5th place finish at Lakeside last week Jeff jumped to the 12th spot in points at the KC track. Jeff picks up First Win of 2007 season! Posted: 06-18-2007 Thunderhill Speedway ran a Friday night show on June 15. Jeff held on during a race night full of yellows to capture and maintain the lead with 6 laps remaining.
